About the Program |
We will be reprising some selections from past holiday concerts, but also introducing some new arrangements and songs of the season. I am including several new arrangements of my own, including “People Look East,” and the German favorite, “Ihr Kinderlein Kommet.” As always, each year, we look at the lighter side of the Holiday programming. For this concert, we will feature yet another version of “Jingle Bells,” the Andrews Sisters’ “Jing a-ling, Jing a-ling,” and “Consort of Christmas Carols” by PDQ Bach.
