A Spring Concert by The Michael Teolis Singers

At this concert, we celebrated several of the great composers of film music by featuring choral works from their films or their independent choral concert works. Composers included Alex North, Harry Warren, John Williams, Nino Rota, Miklos Rozsa, and Ennio Morricone. Soprano, Alfreda Burke ("Too Hot to Handel"), joined MTS as she reprised her featured role in Alex North’s cantata “Negro Mother.”
